Trump campaign announces it raised over $45 million in third quarter

Former President Donald Trump's campaign announced a remarkable milestone, revealing that it successfully raised an astounding $45.5 million in the third quarter, spanning from July to September.

The campaign, however, chose not to disclose specific details regarding the sources of this substantial amount, leaving many curious minds pondering.

As reported by The Associated Press, Trump's campaign claims to have maintained a robust cash reserve of over $37.5 million at the end of September, primarily generated through fundraisers associated with the legal challenges he currently faces.

Speaking of challenges, it's worth noting that Trump is currently confronted with four indictments, two of which are federal in nature. Despite these legal battles, Trump confidently holds his position as the top contender in the Republican primary, with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis closely trailing behind in second place.

Building on this political momentum, the DeSantis team revealed earlier this week that they themselves raised a notable $15 million during the third quarter, further solidifying the race for the Republican nomination.
