Delete your Live From Studio 6B account

This page is for the Live From Studio 6B app on phones and Google TV, published by 6B Media Group. You can delete the account yourself in the phone app, or ask us to delete it by email.

Delete it in the app

1. Open the Live From Studio 6B app on your phone and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. The account is removed when that step finishes.

If the app asks you to sign in again first, sign out, sign back in, and repeat those steps.

Ask us to delete it

Email admin@6bmediagroup.com from the address on the account. Use the subject “Delete my Live From Studio 6B account.” We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done. This is the path to use from Google TV, where the profile screen is not available.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in, including the email address and any Google or Apple login tied to the account.
• The profile stored for that account, including your chat name and membership record.

What we keep

• Shop orders and shipping details, kept only as long as tax and order records require.
• Live chat messages already sent. Those stay on the show chat under the name used at the time and are not linked back to the deleted account.
